What is Spa-N-Deck Solution? It is a special formulated and easy to use detergent type cleaner for the pre-treatment of wood prior to the sucessful application of Sna-N-Deck. It is versatile enough to clan all types of soft and hardwoods, as well as pressure treated timber. It will also remove mill scale and open the pores of the wood to ensure penetration of the finish. Will it bring back the natural color of the timber? Yes, even to the degree with pressure treated timber unless the discolouration is frome some treatment or finish used in the past that has permanently discoloured it. Will it remove nail rust and tannin stains? Yes, but some stains may require undiluted treatment. Will it kill mould and mildew? No, mould should be removed with a bleach treatment or TCM Bio Clean, before using Spa-N-Deck Prep Solution treatment. Will it remove paint or pigmented surface coatings?
